太田三十三（ota33）私にとって「地球のかけら」で描く日本画の創作は、地球や、自然や、自分の内面に思いを馳せ、向き合う時間だと感じています。そして、描くことは、いかにこの世界が美しいか知ることだと私は思うのです。 私が絵に励まされ、日々の有り難さに心を震わせ、太陽に感謝するように。 そっと寄り添ってくれるような。大丈夫だよっていってくれるような、すっと前を向けるような、進む力をくれるような。そんな絵をお届けできたらと思いながら制作しています。 ２０２２年からは天然顔料を使う日本画制作を通して、私たち日本人の祖先たちが「美しい」「愛おしい」と思ってきたこと、伊勢参りをするおかげ犬や養蚕、平安装束から感じる日本の「良心」と美意識を感じる精神性について深く考え、自身も学び体験しながら制作することを志しています。

For me, creating Japanese paintings with “pieces of the earth” is a time to think about and face the earth, nature, and my inner self. I also believe that painting is a way to learn how beautiful this world is. Just as I am encouraged by my paintings, shaken by my gratitude for each day, and thankful for the sun. It’s like the sun is gently cuddling me. They give me the strength to move forward, to look forward, to say that everything will be okay. I am creating my paintings with the hope of delivering such a feeling. From 2022, through the production of Japanese paintings using natural pigments, I would like to think deeply about what our Japanese ancestors considered “beautiful” and “lovely,” and about the spirituality of Japanese “conscience” and sense of beauty that I feel from the ogake dogs visiting Ise, silkworm farming, and Heian-style costumes, and I would like to produce my own works while learning and experiencing.
